This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.
Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.
R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.
Job Description
- Designing, testing, and maintaining data pipelines architecture using device bridge, MES, etc.
- Gather, clean, and maintain data from various internal and external sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and support data analyst.
- Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources such as PLC, sensors, and controllers, etc.
- Design & transform raw data into structured formats suitable for analysis, design MES data.
- Document data science processes, methodologies, and models to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
Qualifications:
- Intermediate or Advanced in English
- 2+ years of experience in data pipeline development
- Proficiency in Python, C#, C++, SQL, or another programming language
- Knowledge in PLC control & communication devices
- Familiarity with SAP systems
- Knowledge in PLC programming and automation systems
- Knowledge in programming languages
- Knowledge in Database and Data Pipeline
- Collaboration, working with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Idea initiative
