Requirements
Qualifications and experience
- Matric is essential.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field, or at least 10 years of relevant experience in place of a degree.
- Approximately 4–5 years of relevant experience. A postgraduate qualification with a relevant practical component may substitute for some experience.
Technical skills
- Data pipeline and ETL development, including Azure Data Factory.
- Data warehousing, including dimensional, multidimensional and relational modelling.
- Advanced SQL and T-SQL, including joins, views and stored procedures.
- Power BI, including dashboards, semantic models, DAX and cubes.
- Azure cloud solutions and integration between on-premise, legacy and modern systems.
- Process automation, batch processing and scheduling.
