Job DescriptionAbout your tasks:
- Design and optimize scalable data pipelines and data architecture.
- Build cloud-native data solutions using Azure, Databricks (Unity Catalog & Delta Lake), and other big data technologies.
- Build and maintain DBT models and understand the data domains like finance, e-commerce, pharma, and supply chain.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to deliver data-driven solutions.
- Apply CI/CD practices and continuously improve performance, scalability, and security.
- Contribute to a strong data culture through continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
About you:
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering and data management.
- Hands-on experience with Azure or other public cloud platforms, building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ensuring high data quality.
- Strong expertise in DBT and SQL for data modeling and analysis.
- Solid experience with Databricks (Spark, Unity Catalog).
- Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Scala, or Java).
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Understanding of business domains, ideally with an e-commerce background.
- Motivated to work in an innovative environment and continuously improve cloud-native and distributed systems.

We are an international company that is currently active in seven countries in Europe and is growing rapidly. Our headquarters as well as on of our distribution centre are located in Sevenum in the Netherlands near the German border. Our other distribution centre is in Milan, Italy.
