Who you are:

As a Data Engineer III, you will lead the development and implementation of ETL processes and data pipelines. You’ll play an important role in designing and building scalable and reliable data infrastructures. You’ll use your strong problem-solving skills to ensure that the systems are performing optimally and meet our high standards. You believe in effective communication and will have the opportunity to address potential problems and solutions to complex issues.

What you’ll do: 

  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to automate data ingestion and processing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements and ensure data infrastructure meets business needs.
  • Develop and enforce data governance policies and standards.
  • Monitor data infrastructure and performance to identify and resolve issues.
  • Provide guidance to other Data Engineers as needed. Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies in data engineering.
  • Take action using integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes.

What you’ll need:

Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or directly related field of study, plus 4 years of experience as a data engineer or in a related role and 4 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Database technologies including SQL and NoSQL
  • ETL Tool and techniques
  • Data modeling and schema design
  • Python code development
  • API development
  • Production line of business support
  • Big data technology such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, and Cloud native data engineering

Experience may be gained concurrently.

Skills Required
