Job Duties and Responsibilities
Data Engineer II by DISH Wireless LLC in Littleton. CO.
Develop high-volume, low-latency, data-driven solutions utilizing current and next generation technologies to meet evolving business needs. Acquire big data input from numerous partners. Normalize complicated data sources to convert potentially unusable data into a format that can be efficiently used by software and/or employees. Build a CI/CD pipeline for our data software to ensure quality is kept high and time to market low.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Requires: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Data Science, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication Engineering or a closely related field plus 2 years of experience in job offered or similar roles. Also requires 2 years of experience with the following (which may have been gained concurrently):
- Data streaming technologies (Kafka).
- ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) concepts
- Querying and designing databases using MySQL, MS SQL or Oracle SQL.
- WindRiver Studio Cloud Platform (or other 5G telco distributed containerized cloud) for intelligent edge systems.
- Python, Airflow, Prometheus, Mimir, Loki, Grafana.
- Spark, Kinesis, Lambda, Gitlab.
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $126,690.00/Year
