Job Details
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain data analysis project plans, including documentation and upkeep of the database dictionary.
• Design, build, and deploy Business Intelligence (BI) solutions aligned with project requirements.
• Conduct unit testing, identify issues, and perform troubleshooting to ensure data quality and system reliability.
• Develop and execute database queries to support data extraction, transformation, and analytical needs.
• Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports based on business requests and analytical goals.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Utilize Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other Microsoft applications effectively for daily operations and collaboration.
• Participate in Agile development activities, including stand‑ups, sprint meetings, and contribution to team discussions.
• Collaborate with team members to solve problems, preferably through virtual interactions such as Teams meetings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems and opportunities for analytics-driven solutions.
• Design and develop analytical models using a hypothesis-driven approach.
• Convert raw data into actionable insights with clear impact assessment.
• Work with cross-functional teams to source and prepare high‑quality data for ML models.
• Perform advanced data analysis and build moderately complex algorithms.
• Frame business scenarios that improve processes and support decision-making.
• Translate business needs into data models and ensure high-quality, well‑structured data.
• Conduct data profiling and implement measures to improve data quality.
• Build automated solutions to enhance enterprise-wide data processes.
• Code, test, debug, and document analytical programs and improve existing systems.
• Develop specifications for custom reports and data outputs.
• Identify complex technical challenges and deliver innovative data science and ML solutions.

Work Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and data engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Spark SQL and Power BI for analytics, reporting, and data-driven insights.
• Proficient in Azure Analytics and Azure Databricks for building scalable, cloud-based data solutions.
• Skilled in Python for data ingestion, transformation, automation, and end-to-end ETL workflows.
• Experienced in designing and presenting interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Proven ability to ingest, transform, and load data from multiple sources using Spark SQL and Python in Databricks Notebooks.
• Strong understanding of DAX, Row-Level Security (RLS), and Power BI Deployment Pipelines for enterprise BI implementations.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.
