We are looking for a talented Freelance Mid-Senior Data Engineer to support our AI Operational Efficiency stream.
In this role, you won't just maintain pipelines; you will be a true "builder" with a smart, proactive attitude, capable of bridging the gap between a Modern Data Stack and cutting-edge GenAI applications. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency through data and AI-driven automation.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines to power our AI operational initiatives.
- Implement and manage data flows tailored for agentic workflows and LLM interactions.
- Maintain and evolve our data infrastructure, ensuring high data quality and availability.
- Partner with the AI team to deploy smart, efficient, and automated solutions.
Requirements
- Technical Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Python for data engineering and scripting.
- Solid experience with DBT for data transformation and modeling.
- Hands-on experience with orchestration tools, specifically Airflow.
- Deep knowledge of Amazon Redshift or equivalent Modern Data Stack technologies (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).
- Familiarity with agentic workflows and building architectures that interact with LLMs (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG patterns).
- Mindset:

- Smart & Resourceful: Fast learner, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
