We're looking for someone to join our Go-to-Market team in Vienna, starting as an intern this summer and transitioning into a working student role in fall.
You'll report to our Strategic Business Development Manager, working closely with the Sales team and founders on the data infrastructure and analytics topics the team needs but hasn't had bandwidth to properly own.
This role sits at the intersection of technical and commercial - you'll be building the pipelines, cleaning the datasets, and structuring the systems that power our sales decisions, while also working directly with the sales and GTM people who depend on that data every day.
We want someone who's genuinely technical - strong in Python, comfortable building real data pipelines, structured and systematic - but who also gets energy from working with people, understands what salespeople actually need (not just what's "technically correct"), and can translate between the two worlds. Ideally, you see this as a path to becoming a working student and growing with us long-term.
We are building a truly exceptional culture: While many companies claim to have a great culture, we invite you to discover what truly sets ours apart. Visit our career page, speak with our team, listen to our founders’ podcast, or experience our culture first-hand during the interview process.
Make a Meaningful Impact: Your work at Flinn contributes directly to solutions that improve people’s health and lives by making high-quality health products accessible for everyone.
Experienced, well-funded, highly professional: As well-funded startup veterans, we know how to sustain long-term business health and success, ensuring an environment for continuous personal growth.
Join a fast-growing, well-funded European startup backed by experienced founders and investors.
Be part of a mission-driven health-tech company whose work directly improves people’s lives.
Take end-to-end ownership of core operational processes that keep the company running.
Work in a high-trust, low-ego environment with autonomy and clear ownership.
Grow in a professional, high-standard environment that supports long-term personal and career development
Build and maintain clean, structured HubSpot data - deduplication, field standardization, data validation rules, and data hygiene processes
Build pipeline analytics infrastructure - dashboards and reporting logic that make sense of what's actually happening across the funnel
Write scripts to aggregate and structure data from multiple sources (CRM, market research, competitive intel) into usable, queryable formats
Work directly with Sales and GTM stakeholders as well as our founders to transform data into a way non-technical people can act on
Contribute to ICP research, competitive analysis, and pricing work using structured, data-backed methods
Help build sales collateral grounded in real data rather than assumptions
Grow into broader ownership over GTM systems, tooling, and analytics as you settle in
Must-have
Currently enrolled in a university program (Business, Economics, Data Science, Information Systems, or similar)
Strong, hands-on Python skills - you should be able to write scripts to clean, transform, and aggregate data independently, not just follow tutorials
Basic SQL for querying and working with structured data
Strong analytical thinking with genuine comfort in data work
Strong communicator who's comfortable explaining data clearly, good at clarifying, and adapts output to what the audience actually needs
Detail-oriented and systematic - this role is about building reliable systems, not one-off tasks
Self-driven and reliable, able to work independently once briefed
Fluent in using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for research, data work, and productivity
Previous internship or working student experience in sales, BD, data/analytics, startup, or ops
Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
Based in Vienna and able to come into the office 1-2 times a week
Strong plus
Prior experience with HubSpot or any CRM, especially CRM data modeling or API work
Experience with data pipelines, ETL-style scripting, or automation tools
Interest in B2B SaaS, health-tech, or regulated industries
A real path from internship to working student — most of our team has grown into their roles this way
Direct collaboration with the Sales team and the Founders
Exposure to every market we sell into: DACH, France, US, UK, and RoE
Ownership over systems that genuinely matter to the team, from day one
The opportunity to build something up from the ground and get ownership fast
Flexible hours that adapt around your semester (up to 20h during term, up to 40h during semester break)
🇪🇺 At this stage of our company, we can only accept applications from people who are based in Europe with either European citizenship, an active working visa or being self-employed and joining us as a full-time contractor (Except for US-based roles).
We strive to remove barriers, eliminate discrimination, and ensure equal opportunity through our transparent recruitment process.
