Job Description- Lead the development and deployment of Generative AI solutions, leveraging tools like Azure OpenAI, vector databases, and related technologies.
- Manage and mentor a small team within the Generative AI Center of Excellence, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions that add measurable value.
- Develop and implement governance policies to ensure responsible and ethical use of Generative AI technologies.
- Monitor advancements in Generative AI, identifying opportunities for the organization to stay at the forefront of innovation.
- Advocate for best practices in data preparation, vectorization, and AI model training to enhance solution accuracy and scalability.
- Provide strategic guidance and act as a subject matter expert on Generative AI to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Spanish is a nice to have.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, including significant hands-on experience in Generative AI technologies and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain). Python, Docker, Git, CI/CD methodologies
- Proven ability to design, build, and optimize AI solutions using techniques to improve GenAI accuracy and performance.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring technical teams.
- Deep understanding of governance, ethical considerations, and risk management for AI applications.
- Familiarity with integrating AI solutions into enterprise systems and workflows.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a passion for driving business transformation through AI.
