  • Collaborate with Data Quality, Data Maintenance, Pricing, Operations, and Business Units to resolve data issues and drive improvements.

  • Translate business requirements into data solutions and support the implementation of data strategies across functions.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive initiatives that enhance data efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments and manage discussions around data ownership, priorities, and governance standards.

  • Support cross-functional projects involving master data management, data harmonization, and business transformation initiatives.

  • Provide guidance and expertise to business users regarding data standards, policies, and best practices.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive solutions.

  • Demonstrated experience improving processes and implementing structured ways of working.

  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to challenge and influence business partners when required.

  • Experience working with databases, data analysis tools, data visualization platforms, or data governance frameworks.

  • Professional proficiency in English is mandatory.

  • Spanish is considered a plus but is not required.

  • Experience supporting Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, CRM, or Customer Data processes.
