The Senior DD&T Expert leads the digital and technological strategy roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders and IT leaders by guiding digital transformation projects to help the DD&T achieve their digital strategy.

How you will contribute:
- Design and develop DD&T solutions to business problems, adhering to the enterprise architecture direction and standards. This includes integrated processes, applications, data, and technology components.
- Prioritize initiatives by understanding business value, dependencies, and risks while balancing technical debt; makes decisive choices under pressure.
- Develop user stories and specifications for new products/services, applications, and service offerings ensuring implementation of design principles, technical guidelines and best practices as established for projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to support data-driven initiatives and projects.
- Provide technical support coordinating monitoring of daily operations.
- Life Cycle Management process for computerized systems following GxP process changes.
- Coordinate hardware and software selection, purchasing, installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
What you bring to Takeda:
- Bachelor/Master degree in IT/Computer Science/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing or relevant field with relevant years of experience in Manufacturing.
- 5+ years' experience in applying information systems solutions to business problems with experience (including hands-on) on large, complex Data, Digital & Technology projects from start to end.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, strong business acumen and ability to understand and address business requirements.
- Strong and effective leadership, self-management, time management and project/program management skills
- The candidate possesses good knowledge of TechOps/DevOps, infrastructure, and system implementations.
- Experience in programming/data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar languages.
- Working knowledge of: SCRUM, Agile Methodologies, Change Management, Project Management
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
- Familiarity with statistical concepts and techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence others across all levels of the organization to drive transformational change.
- Ability to write and speak in the English language, fluently.
