1. IE & MSE Daily Operation data

  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly/annual performance reports covering TRS/OEE, line speed, NQC and reliability metrics (MTBF/MTBR/MTBS) under MSE plan
  • Build drill-down data models to identify downtime root causes with site teams
  • Ensure full data accuracy in systems, support new tool rollout and optimization
  • Deploy automated KPI calculation & performance reporting tools
  • Deliver measurable cost savings via FI & continuous improvement projects
  • Draft and execute improvement plans, collaborate with operators and cross-functional teams (HSE/QFS/PPTS etc.)
  • Support local & regional IE/MSE teams with functional expertise

2. Digital Delivery

  • Coordinate digital project rollouts to boost RSH efficiency, act as PM/coordinator per project scope
  • Serve as system expert & key user for all reporting platforms
  • Single point of contact for Power BI dashboards and Power Automate development & maintenance
  • Process multi-source data for reporting and root-cause analysis

Lead digital change management: solution design, user training and demand collection
