The Data Senior Demand Manager for People & Culture serves as strategic leader and primary bridge between HR/P&C business stakeholders and Data & Digital delivery teams. This senior role shapes digital solutions, data capabilities, and technology initiatives supporting the P&C agenda while leading and developing direct reports. Owns end-to-end demand strategy for the P&C perimeter, building trusted partnerships at the highest levels P&C domain.

Main responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Development
Lead by example, taking part in executing day-to-day intake operations and stakeholder relationships
Foster high-performance culture grounded in Sanofi values
2. Data Demand Intake & Management
Define and own strategic framework for demand intake across full Procurement perimeter
Personally lead demand intake for complex, high-impact, or senior-level requests
Maintain comprehensive demand pipeline with full visibility across all stakeholders
Coordinate actions between Snowflake and Visualization teams
3. Business Partnership & Relationship Management
Build strategic relationships with P&C leaders and senior stakeholders at executive level
Proactively engage to anticipate strategic priorities and emerging needs
Translate complex business needs into actionable requirements with Data Translator
Foster collaborative environment across organizational boundaries
4. Demand Assessment & Prioritization
Lead and govern prioritization framework for full P&C demand portfolio, managing senior-level prioritization discussions with structured recommendations
Challenge and refine requests, assessing risk and impacts to ensure clarity and alignment with organizational goals
Ensure Demand Manager applies consistent criteria and escalates appropriately
5. Portfolio & Pipeline Management
Define portfolio health metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards
Identify systemic bottlenecks and resolve structural issues
Ensure strategic alignment between pipeline, capacity, and organizational priorities
6. Stakeholder Communication & Governance
Lead demand review meetings, governance forums, and steering committees and executive communication
Manage senior stakeholder expectations with full transparency
Represent Data & Insights Excellence in cross-functional leadership forums
7. Continuous Improvement & Strategic Development
Define roadmap for continuous improvement
Stay current with industry trends of market
About You
Education
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
Master's degree strongly preferred
Experience
Proven people management experience with 2–3 direct reports minimum
Familiarity with Agile methodologies

The salary range for this position is :€59.600,00 - €79.467Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
