Maintain and organize digital document libraries, forms, and lists across SharePoint, ensuring accessibility, traceability, version control, and effective management of production documents and templates.
Collect, maintain, validate, and organize production data and documentation accurately, ensuring timely consolidation, accessibility, traceability, and effective lifecycle management of operational information.
Manage collaboration & communication channels, shared digital tools, and file structures to support daily operational priorities, effective cross-functional communication, and ongoing project visibility.
Monitor documentation logs, compliance checklists, and update cycles, supporting timely completion of recurring reporting requirements and adherence to data governance timelines.
Validate and audit key Production data sets across reporting platforms and ERP-linked documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, traceability, and alignment with internal compliance frameworks and operational standards.
Collaborate with Production, Operations, and other relevant internal stakeholders to support planning visibility, ensuring structured workflows, accurate information, and effective cross-functional alignment.
Develop simple automated alerts, trackers, and forecasting tools to support production data updates, version control, and early identification of discrepancies or potential operational risks.
- Identify and implement opportunities to reduce manual tasks and improve data and documentation accuracy across Production by developing and maintaining automated workflows, Excel-based tools, process trackers, alerts, and other digital solutions, contributing to greater process efficiency, consistency, and reduced administrative workload.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline
Work Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data-intensive operational or support environments
Proven exposure to process automation, standardization, and documentation within Microsoft 365 ecosystems
Experience working alongside operational teams and interfacing with IT or data functions to support system or process improvements
Skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong working knowledge of Power Query for data cleansing, transformation, and normalization
Practical experience using VBA/macros to automate repetitive tasks and enforce data consistency
Working knowledge of SharePoint, including document libraries, indexing, and management.
Foundational understanding of Power BI for data validation, basic reporting, and collaboration with analytics teams
Experience using Power Automate to support simple workflow automation and notifications
Basic SQL literacy
