About this Role
The DNA practice at Invisors includes supporting one or more of the following workstreams across HCM and Financial Workday deployments: Data Conversion, Workday Reporting, Prism Analytics, and People Analytics.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Guide the client through data collection
- Loading data to Workday
- Triaging errors
- Conduct data validation for HCM, Payroll, and/or Financials functional areas during each tenant build of a Phase 1 or Phase X deployment.
- Conduct knowledge transfer to the client regarding EIBs and data conversion best practices.
Relevant skills and experience:
- Proficient in Excel
- Problem-solving mentality
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Prior consulting experience
- Data analysis experience.
