We are looking for a Data Consultant (Alteryx & Tableau) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with Alteryx for data preparation and automation, and Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization. You should also be proficient in SQL, and have working knowledge of Python/R and basic machine learning concepts. Fluency in Arabic is essential for collaboration with regional stakeholders.

• Design and develop scalable Alteryx workflows for end-to-end data processing

• Ensure workflow performance optimization and scalability

• Apply data cleansing, transformation, and predictive analytics techniques

• Implement robust error handling and data quality checks

• Integrate data from various internal and external sources

• Build interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports

• Apply best practices in dashboard layout, usability, and performance optimization

• Create calculated fields, filters, parameters, and actions for interactivity

• Translate business requirements into effective data stories

• Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of visual outputs

• Write efficient and optimized SQL queries for data extraction and reporting

• Use Python or R for advanced analytics, scripting, or automation tasks

• Apply machine learning concepts to derive actionable insights

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements

• Maintain proper documentation of workflows, dashboards, and processes

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or related fields

• Strong hands-on experience in Alteryx and Tableau

• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases

• Experience with Python or R for data manipulation or modeling

• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and applications

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills using data

• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)

• Willingness to work on-site in Dubai, UAE

• Certifications in Alteryx Designer and/or Tableau Desktop

• Experience working with clients in the GCC or Middle East region

• Exposure to cloud data platforms and large datasets
