Key Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and maintain accurate information about healthcare professionals within IQVIA's internal databases.
- Update physician and healthcare provider profiles, including contact details, workplace information, educational background, specialties, and other relevant data.
- Communicate directly with physicians and healthcare professionals via telephone on a daily basis to validate and update information.
- Conduct online research to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain high standards of data quality and compliance with internal procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve team objectives and productivity targets.
RequirementsEssential Qualifications
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft Outlook Internet-based research tools
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Reliable, responsible, and committed approach to work.
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
- Good command of English for communication with the line manager and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of languages Serbian, Macedonian and Croatian
- Other regional languages are advantage
