HHAeXchange is seeking a Data & Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Business Operations team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Data, Analytics, & Business Intelligence, this role will drive data-driven decision-making across key internal functions.
The Analyst will manage the complete data lifecycle, from data engineering through analysis and visualization:
• Build and automate ETL pipelines
• Design and maintain data models
• Create automated reporting solutions and BI dashboards
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover actionable insights
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions
Beyond technical responsibilities, the role requires strong partnership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership. The ideal candidate will:
• Understand and translate diverse stakeholder data needs into actionable solutions
• Champion data governance within their domain
• Stay current with analytics and BI industry trends to drive continuous improvement

Essential Job Duties
- Design, deploy, and manage robust data models, reports, and dashboards.
- Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc data analyses to identify opportunities and risks, providing evidence-based recommendations to boost productivity, improve performance, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Automate routine reporting tasks to streamline processes.
- Train staff and leadership on interpreting and operationalizing dashboards and reports.
- Develop a feedback loop with functional support staff and leadership to continuously refine dashboards, analytics models, and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with Business Operations and functional support leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Drive a culture of standardization, continuous improvement, and evidence-based decision-making.
- Proactively monitor and analyze leading and lagging indicators to inform strategic planning.
- Identify opportunities to elevate operational sophistication and business intelligence maturity through advanced analytics, employing statistical methods, machine learning, and AI.

Travel Requirements

Required Education, Experience, Certifications, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Math, or Statistics.
- 2+ years of professional experience, with at least 1 year of analytical experience.
- Prior experience in a SaaS or consulting environment.
- Ability to deliver impactful data solutions in a format understandable to a non-technical audience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to understand the "big picture" yet preserve a keen eye for details.
- Experience with database query languages, such as SQL/Snowflake/Postgres.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, including use of Array formulas, Index/Match, etc.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau/Qlik/PowerBI.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and produce consistent results in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and solving challenge.
The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $85,000-100,000 not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
