The Data & Automation Analyst will collaborate on data projects, develop Excel tools, maintain dashboards, automate processes, and ensure data integrity.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data & Automation Analyst to join the tribe, working closely with the onshore team on developing projects and data.
You’ll be key in turning data into actionable insights and building tools that support the business to make better decisions.

This is an office based role and we have offices in: 
Cebu City
Dumaguete

What You'll Be Doing
  • Collaborate with the team on data and analysis projects.
  • Develop and maintain Excel templates, dashboards, and other tools for clients.
  • Ensure clean, readable, and well-designed tables and charts.
  • Automate processes using Excel, Power Query, and other Microsoft tools.
  • Perform basic data cleaning & processing, with scripting support (Python preferred).


Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, Power Query).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft automation tools.
  • Experience in Python or another scripting language is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and turning them into insights.
