We’re looking for a Data Architect who can operate across both vision and execution. You will define how data is structured, governed, and activated; ensuring it is reliable, scalable, and ready to drive real-world impact.
You’re comfortable working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, translating ambiguous requirements into clear data models, architectures, and standards. You understand how modern data platforms support AI, analytics, and operational systems and how to design them accordingly.
You’ll work closely with engineers, analysts, policymakers, and client stakeholders to build data ecosystems that are not only technically sound, but also usable, trusted, and aligned to strategic outcomes.
WHAT YOU WILL DO |
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing data architectures across cloud and hybrid environments
- Define enterprise data models, standards, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency and interoperability
- Architect modern data platforms (data lakes, warehouses, lakehouses) to support analytics, AI, and operational use cases
- Lead client engagements as a trusted advisor on data strategy, architecture, and platform design
- Translate business and policy objectives into structured data solutions and pipelines
- Establish data governance practices including data quality, lineage, cataloguing, and access control
- Design data integration strategies across multiple systems, APIs, and external data sources
- Enable AI and advanced analytics use cases by ensuring data is structured, accessible, and production-ready
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement pipelines, orchestration, and real-time/streaming architectures
- Balance long-term architecture vision with rapid delivery in dynamic environments

- Complex source-to-target mapping across large schema landscapes
- Bidirectional sync with conflict resolution strategies
- Data quality profiling, validation, and reconciliation frameworks
- Data governance, lineage tracking, and metadata cataloguing
Good to have:
- Domain-driven data modelling (database-per-service patterns)
- Liquibase or equivalent schema change management
- Physical schema design from logical/conceptual model
