We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect to join our team, helping shape and drive the development of our data platform capabilities. If you have a strong technical background in data engineering, are passionate about designing complex data architectures, and enjoy mentoring others, this role could be a great fit for you!
What you'll do:
- Lead the design and assist in building advanced technical capabilities within our data platform to support all products data flow
- Oversee and bridge the integration of data flows across the organization, ensuring alignment between business and data requirements.
- Mentor and support data engineering teams, fostering growth and helping drive best practices within the organization.
- Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and engineering teams to define optimized data usage and efficient data processes.
- Serve as the primary resource for architecture-related questions and solutions, particularly for large-scale data projects and integrations.
Who you are:
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong technical foundation and at least one prior role as a Data Architect.
- Proven track record of leading significant data projects, either by building architecture from scratch or managing large migrations.
- Extensive experience with data flows over cloud-based systems, as well as data modeling to align business objectives with data needs.
- Strong understanding of the intersection of software and data engineering, including designing systems to support complex data requirements.
- Exceptional communication and mentorship skills, with the ability to engage and support team members at all levels.
