Summary:
As a Data Architect, a typical day involves defining the data requirements and structuring the data for the application. This role includes modeling and designing the application s data architecture, ensuring efficient storage solutions, and integrating data seamlessly across various components. The position requires a thoughtful approach to organizing data to support application functionality and scalability, collaborating with different teams to align data strategies with project goals, and continuously refining data models to meet evolving needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of data architecture strategies to support business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure data requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance on best practices and architectural standards.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance data architecture and integration processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft BOT Framework, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and database design principles.
- Experience in designing scalable and secure data storage solutions.
- Ability to integrate diverse data sources and ensure data consistency across platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data services and AI-driven data management approaches.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
- This position is based at our CODC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
