We are looking for an experienced Data Architecture Manager to lead our dedicated team of four data architecture experts. This role demands leadership capabilities combined with deep technical expertise in Oracle and PostgreSQL databases, specifically within the context of Swissquote's unique data model and architecture. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can effectively translate business needs into efficient data solutions. 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and mentor a team of four data architecture experts, ensuring high-quality outputs, professional growth, and effective teamwork. 
• Oversee and maintain the integrity, consistency, and quality of Swissquote's data architecture. 
• Provide expert-level guidance and hands-on support on Oracle and PostgreSQL databases. 
• Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to define data architecture strategies aligned with Swissquote's business goals. 
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvements in data infrastructure, SQL performance tuning, and scalability. 
• Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and security standards. 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 
• Extensive experience (minimum 7-10 years) in data architecture, database management, or related roles. 
• Demonstrated expertise in Oracle and PostgreSQL databases, including database design, optimization, migration, and SQL performance tuning. 
• Profound understanding and practical experience with Swissquote's data model and system architecture. 
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Certifications in Oracle and/or PostgreSQL. 
• Experience in financial services or fintech industry. 
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and hybrid database solutions.
