Summary:

In this role, you will manage the strategy and delivery of analytic services to all consumers. You will drive insights from data across company data systems and domains and feed that intelligence into business systems, products, and data consumers. You will oversee the delivery of data analytics and services to fulfill reporting and analytic needs to lines of business in area of operations. You will partner with Client Executives in development of provider plans and implementation of new solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage staff in use and improvement of data reporting and Business Intelligence (BI) systems.
• Work with development and product delivery teams to ensure needed data analytic services and capabilities are available.
• Work closely with on-site provider resources, product specialists, and consulting services to deliver analytics in support of provider offerings.
• Ensure integration and alignment of activities with all analytics teams, analytics services align with corporate strategies for provider offering, product delivery, and company data governance policies.
• Lead analytics activities in support of new provider recruitment, retention and implementations, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Lead and work collaboratively with clinical, operational, supply, pharmacy and strategy analytics on cross-functional analysis as well as ambulatory, physician and continuum analytics.
• Provide expertise and insight to internal and provider customers including clinicians to optimize the use of the data.
• Serve as subject matter specialist on outcome measures and analytics to inform key provider and Vizient stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product delivery and sales to determine the most provider-appropriate way to service providers.
• Lead an accomplished team to evolve and enhance Procedural Analytics insights strategy.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred. Advanced degree preferred.
• 7 or more years of relevant analytical experience required.
• Advanced capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Experience leading a team and mentoring others required.
• In-depth knowledge of Vizient's Operational Data Base (ODB) highly preferred.
• Ability to combine ODB analysis with other Vizient solutions such as Clinical Data Base (CDB) Procedural Analytics (PA), and Clinical Practice Solutions Center (CPSC) highly preferred.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00.
