Position Overview: 

Under the direction of the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data and Reporting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain robust reports and dashboards that help our team of analysts make critical strategic decisions. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in data manipulation and an eye for data visualization.

Position Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Business or a related field or equivalent practical experience working as a data analyst, reporting specialist, or in a highly quantitative business role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query) required.   Knowledge of NetSuite ERP, NSPB or MIP Fund Accounting is a plus but not required. Hands-on experience with any business intelligence tools.
