We are seeking a proactive Data and Analytics Specialist to join our Non-Financial Risk Visualization & Reporting Solution (NFR VRS) team. This team is essential in delivering innovative data-driven solutions that empower our Legal and Compliance Division to effectively measure, manage, and mitigate non-financial risks, including financial crimes, market manipulation, and operational risks.

  • Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Department forms the second line of defense for management of the firm's non-financial risks, which include Financial Crimes, market manipulation or abuse and Operational risk.

What you will do in the role:

  • Enable Data Centric Risk Management: Drive key data and analytics activities, partnering with teams across the business to ensure robust risk management practices.

  • Own Program Management: Manage NFR VRS program activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication of expectations, and delivery timelines.

  • Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with stakeholders across business, technology, data and analytics, and risk functions to influence change across the NFR VRS program.

  • Support Regulatory Engagements: Assist in high-profile regulatory and audit engagements.

  • Present Insights: Deliver insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

  • Deliver Meaningful Insights: Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and contribute to improving risk tools, reporting, and automation.

  • Drive Innovation: Identify opportunities to enhance NFR VRS processes, reporting, and technology, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and risk awareness.

What You Will Bring to the Role:

  • 5+ years of experience in a data-related role, including data visualization, reporting, or data analysis.

  • Solid understanding of querying and transforming large data sets.

  • Experience in creating data-driven insights and analytics.

  • Proficiency in automation of reporting solutions and processes.

  • Strong analytical and program management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills – able to simplify complex topics.

  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a global team.

What will help you in the role:

  • Direct experience in the financial services industry.

  • Familiarity with mainstream data processing and modelling programming languages (Alteryx, R, Python).

  • Experience in leveraging AI solutions to automate reporting and analytical processes.
