Transaction Management Associate

📍 Private Markets | Data & Analytics | Pantheon

Pantheon’s newly established Data & Analytics (DnA) function is building the trusted data foundation that powers investment decisions, portfolio oversight and investor transparency across our global platform.

We’re hiring a Transaction Management Associate to play a key role within our Data Integrity group.

This position combines:

✔ Oversight of investment & investor cashflows (US GAAP)
✔ Ownership of complex transaction workflows
✔ Close partnership with Investment, IR & Portfolio Management
✔ Process optimisation and automation
✔ Contribution to operating model transformation

You’ll ensure accurate, timely data across the full investment lifecycle — while helping enhance scalable, best-in-class processes as Pantheon evolves into a more data-led organisation.

We’re looking for:

  • Demonstrable experience in private markets (FoF PE, Infrastructure or Private Debt)
  • Strong technical knowledge of fund structures & cashflows
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power BI / data tooling advantageous)
  • A strong controls mindset and ability to manage tight deadlines
  • Confidence guiding colleagues and coordinating deliverables
