About the Role:
We are looking for a Data and AI Manager to lead our enterprise-wide data and AI capabilities, ensuring ethical, effective, and innovative solutions that empower teams and elevate decision-making. As the Data and AI Manager, you will be driving a culture of innovation, collaboration & continuous learning. Your key responsibilities will be to:
Build and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary Data and AI team.
Partner with business leaders to understand data and AI needs.
Represent data and AI capabilities in strategic forums and governance bodies.
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models with a focus on ethical and transparent use.
Monitor model performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
Promote self-service analytics and data literacy across the organisation.
Ensure data quality, accessibility, and compliance with regulations.
Manage enterprise data platforms, pipelines, and architecture.
Collaborate with IT and digital operations to ensure scalability and integration.
About you:
You will have proven expertise in data governance, machine learning, and cloud-based platforms. You will be a collaborative and customer-focussed leader who is committed to innovation and continuous improvement. You will also have:
10+ years in enterprise data transformation or digital innovation, with 5+ years in leadership.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in ethical AI practices and regulatory compliance.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
Certifications in AI/ML, data governance, or cloud platforms (desirable).
