We are building a new model of primary care for women 65+ to solve long-standing problems: rushed appointments, long wait times, and care that's generalized rather than specialized towards women’s needs later in life such as post-menopausal care, bone density, weight management, and mental, social and emotional well-being.
Our patient-centric Primary Care clinics are dispersed across Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN. We are thrilled to serve the Twin Cities metro in our clinics located in Highland Park (St. Paul), Crystal, and South Minneapolis with new clinics launching soon in both Rosedale and Eagan. About the Data Analyst Role:
You will play a pivotal role in transforming our raw data into actionable insights that drive innovation and improve patient outcomes and operational driven tasks. Your duties will include data collection, cleaning and analysis, and the creation of reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively. Reporting to the Company’s Director of Data Analytics, you will work cross-functionally with other teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to optimize our services and enhance the quality of care for our patients. You will be expected to handle autonomy and ambiguity to explore new methods and technologies to better enhance insights from complex datasets.
Essential Job Functions:
- Collaborate with Clinical Team to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
- Handle data requests from business partners
- Analyze and interpret trends in complex data sets
- Prepare and deliver analyses and presentations to various audiences including clinical & corporate staff
- Design and implement systems to collect and report data
- Develop relationships with stakeholders to drive data adoption
- Assist in developing data governance standards
- Other duties, as assigned
Must-have Qualifications and Skills:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Healthcare Informatics
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a healthcare or related industry
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, or similar languages
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to develop and maintain data pipelines and automated workflows
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team environment
- Ability to manage deadlines and deliverables and communicate them clearly to stakeholders
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies as needed
Nice-to-have Qualifications and Skills:
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations, including HIPAA compliance
- Familiarity with geriatric healthcare practices, terminology, and challenges
- Experience with healthcare claims data
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of predictive modeling techniques and machine learning algorithms
- Understanding of data governance principles and best practices
