Responsibilities:
Lead and Innovate: Lead a team of data analytics and reporting professionals while working with large datasets, creating automated workflows, and providing expertise in data preparation, blending, and analysis.
Alteryx Expertise: Design, develop, and maintain complex Alteryx workflows for data preparation, blending, and analysis.
Deep Dive Analysis: Perform in-depth data analysis using Alteryx to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Insightful Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and dashboards that communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency within Alteryx workflows, implementing corrective data quality actions as needed.
Process Improvement: Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement using Alteryx.
Qualifications:
Required:
Security Clearance: US citizen with Secret security clearance or ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance upon hire.
Strategic Execution: Responsible for the successful execution of the program’s strategic data management and integration.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on Alteryx, preferably in government or defense sectors.
ERP Systems: Extensive experience with ERP systems, particularly in implementation and data migration.
Alteryx Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Migration Projects: Experience with large-scale data migration projects.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate plans and strategies to executive-level positions.
DoD Logistics: Familiarity with DoD logistics systems is highly desirable.
Data Governance: Strong understanding of data governance principles, practices, and tools.
Metadata Management: Knowledge of metadata management and data cataloging solutions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, operations research, or a related field.
Desired:
Agile Certification: Agile certification (SAFe) and experience working in an Agile environment.
SAP Expertise: SAP expertise (public sector/DoD preferred).
Supply Chain Best Practices: Direct experience with commercial and Federal supply chain best practices.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
