Your Role

The Center of Expertise (CoE) is a global team built to solve our customers' most complex technical challenges and turn what we learn into repeatable value for the rest of the business. As our Data Analytics & Programs Intern, you'll turn raw operational and customer feedback data into insight the team can act on, and help build the content, deliverables, and program materials that make that insight usable across the business. This role is for someone who likes finding the story in the numbers and then doing something with it.

  • Analyze operational and customer feedback data to surface trends, recurring themes, and the areas where customers hit the most friction
  • Translate analysis into clear recommendations: what the top issues are, why they matter, and where the team should focus next
  • Build reporting and dashboards that give leadership a repeatable, at-a-glance view of team performance and customer signals
  • Create reusable content and deliverables — briefs, templates, enablement material, and internal documentation — that scale beyond any single customer or team
  • Support delivery of in-flight programs and initiatives by tracking milestones, gathering inputs from stakeholders, and keeping deliverables moving
  • Present your findings and finished deliverables to CoE leadership at the close of the internship

Requirements

  • Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or a graduate student in an accredited college or university, preferably in Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent written, verbal and communication skills, with the ability to turn data into a clear narrative
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large, unstructured, or imperfect data sets
  • Proficient with MS-Excel with a passion for data analysis; exposure to a visualization or BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus
  • Experience creating written or visual content for an audience — coursework, campus organizations, or a prior internship all count
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter

  • Paid Company Holidays during your internship
  • Tech Stipend to help set up your workspace
  • 8 Hours of Paid Volunteer Time through our Veeam Cares Program
