The Opportunity:
CACI's Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector is seeking a Data Analytics Program Manager in support of the Navy’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the My Navy HR enterprise who is responsible for executing the
development and sustainment of all information technology (IT) capabilities supporting OPNAV N1. The CIO ensures that IT architecture, solutions, data, and operational performance efficiently meets the evolving mission and business needs across the entire My Navy HR enterprise. Responsibilities:
You will manage a team of experienced Data Analytics professionals comprised of other managers and/or supervisors in support of My Navy HR functional data management, data governance, and business intelligence and analytics. Provide primary input to hiring, firing, promotion, performance and rewards decisions for direct reports. Review current practices in how data is procured, stored, managed, interpreted, analyzed, applied, and disposed of and
ensure that those practices are aligned with ethical principles or core concepts such as “Impact on people, potential for misuse, and the economic value of data” as defined in the DAMA-DMBOK. You will identify relevant data security
requirements, define data security policy and standards, assess current security risks and implement controls and procedures. Plan, analyze, develop, and design data integration and interoperability solutions. Implement, and control
activities necessary to store, protect, and access data found within electronic files and physical records (including graphics and images {e.g. scanned service record documents}. Provide oversight for database operations to include planning for continuity, developing instances, monitoring performance, testing, and migration. Develop and implement the techniques, processes, and policies necessary for the collection (Big Data) and analysis (Data Science, Analytics and Visualization) of many different types of data.
Qualifications:
Required:
Required: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, physical science, or math and fifteen years of experience in Strategic Decision making and communication. Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, Test Data Management, Data Architecture, and/or Data Security.
Requires an active SECRET Security clearance.
Must possess the ability to influence others outside of own job area regarding policies and practices.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$109,800 - $241,600
