As our Analytics Manager, you will help deliver actionable insights to support business objectives. Each day, you will develop and implement strategies to help drive the decision-making process with clients. To thrive in this role, you must possess strong expertise in SQL and Power BI, along with experience in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data analytics strategies to support business goals and improve performance.
- Utilize SQL and Power BI to extract, analyze, and visualize data from various sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide solutions.
- Conduct thorough analysis of healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by establishing data governance and quality control processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Analytics Manager or similar role, with a focus on SQL and Power BI.
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with data governance and quality control practices.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% within a year.
