What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analytics Manager to drive data-driven decision-making within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of solving complex operational business problems (engagement, scheduling and inventory management) in healthcare settings through data analysis.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data analysis strategies: Define company-wide metrics, identify relevant data sources, and establish effective data collection, analysis, and reporting methods.
  • Champion data quality and analytics operations: Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all projects.
  • Transform raw data into actionable business insights: Utilize statistical modeling, data mining, and other analytical techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
  • Communicate findings effectively: Create compelling visualizations and presentations to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and objectives and ensure that data analysis projects align with overall organizational goals.
  • Stay current with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in data analysis tools, techniques, and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field: Such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience: 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role.
  • Technical expertise: Strong proficiency in SQL, statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python), and data visualization tools (e.g., Quicksite, Power BI ). Experience with cloud-based data platforms particularly AWS
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to identify patterns, draw insights, and develop data-driven solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
  • Industry-specific knowledge in healthcare

The salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000 and is determined by a number of factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications and skills.
