Join us as a Data & Analytics Manager,
- We’re looking for someone who’ll use their specialist advanced analytics, translation, and visualisation skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and meet their business needs
- Day-to-day, you’ll be consulting business stakeholders and using your data and analytic expertise to help provide solutions to their issues in line with our purpose

In this role, you’ll be working with business stakeholders to answer business questions and issues through advanced analytics. This includes developing stakeholder partnerships and relationships through presenting data science and engineering work and promoting data literacy education.
We’ll look to you to be accountable for strategic delivery of data and analytics resources to bring commercial and customer value to business challenges. You’ll also be finding data and analytics opportunities and presenting them to business stakeholders to help them understand their benefits.
You’ll also be:
- Understanding the needs of business stakeholders by using your consultancy skills to build credibility and data and analytics solutions to meet our business strategy
- Making sure data is strategically sourced from approved golden sources and actively identifying any data quality issues that can be escalated for investigation
- Helping colleagues to use advanced analytics to develop business solutions to increase our business, including customers, processes, and products
- Influencing important decisions for key stakeholders through the visualisation of advanced analytics while using the best tools, data and insights to meet stakeholder needs
- Taking an agile approach to multi-disciplinary data and leading our analytics teams while coordinating colleagues and direct reports to plan projects and achieve scrum outcomes
To be successful in this role, you’ll need knowledge of data architecture, key tooling, and relevant coding languages. You’ll also know how to simplify data into clear data visualisations by using key systems and tooling.
We’ll look to you to understand data management practice and principles and have experience in translating data and insights for key stakeholders. You’ll also have a great knowledge of advanced analytics.
You’ll also need:
- Excellent knowledge of data engineering, data science and decisioning disciplines
- Outstanding financial services knowledge and an understanding of how to identify wider business risks and opportunities and make connections across key outputs and processes
- Great leadership skills to help coach, support and motivate colleagues
- Good persuasive communication skills with an understanding of how to build effective relationships with stakeholders, including those at executive level
