Job Description Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data & Analytics Intern to join our team in the Boston office for the Summer of 2025. The ideal candidate will be pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Business Analytics and have a strong foundation in strategic planning, data analysis, and process improvement.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of complex data sets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data requirements, pull in datasets and implement dashboards and reporting that provide on-demand analytics and insights.
- Transform complex data into actionable insights to optimize operations and drive innovation.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and PowerBi.
- Execute strategic project data visualizations to support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Support the generation of KPIs and success measures to help programs improve performance and measure outcomes.
Key Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Computer Science or Business Analytics degree (or a related field.)
- Strong proficiency in Tableau and Excel (PowerBi a plus)
- Experience in data visualization and reporting.
- Proven track record of successful strategic project execution.
- Ability to develop KPIs and perform performance measurement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Skills
- Experience with process improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of advanced data analytics techniques.
- Familiarity with business strategy and performance optimization.
