Position Summary

As a summer intern your roles include assisting department managers by working on various projects and initiatives to help the organization continue to grow while gaining valuable hands on experience. Your responsibilities will include providing support to the department that most closely matches your career interests and courses of study. You will be responsible to prepare and collaborate on a real life project during your internship which you will present to our Executive Leadership Team. Your qualifications include a rising Junior or Senior or Masters student but all students are welcome for consideration. You should possess excellent computer skills, a professional demeanor, with a strong sense of commitment and the ability to evaluate complex information.

Essential Functions:

• Develop Dashboards and reports using data visualization tools like Power BI
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights
• Support automation of data workflows and contribute to process improvements
• Perform Ad-Hoc analyses as requested by team
• Assist in building predictive models using statistical/Machine learning techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and process data from multiple sources
• Maintain documentation related to data sources, analysis, methodologies & results
• Present data findings to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations

Required Skills:

• Detail oriented & motivated with a passion for data
• Knowledge of ETL/LT tools like Informatica
• Proficient with SQL and Python
• Proficient with reporting tools like Power BI
• Proficient with Databases like snowflake, Oracle or SQLServer

Qualifications

Required Background:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably in a related field.
• The ideal candidate would be a rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior, however all students are welcome for consideration.

Compensation Range:

$17 - 28

We are committed to pay transparency and ensuring equitability compensation for all employees. The pay range for this position reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits, bonuses, or other forms of compensation that might be part of the total compensation package. The specific salary offered will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, education, and experience.
