Takealot Group, South Africa’s leading online Retail / Fashion / Delivery organisation, is looking for a highly talented Data Analytics Graduate to join our team in Cape Town. The Graduate Programme will be split between all businesses within the Group, namely: takealot.com, TFS and Mr D.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

A Bachelor of Commerce degree in Data Analytics or a related field.

The skills we need:

• Computer Literacy
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Ability to analyse customer data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and personalisation strategies.
• Proficiency in creating dashboards and visual reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Strong ability to manipulate data, use formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.

Key responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyse data to support business decisions
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualisations
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from datasets
• Assist in developing predictive models and data-driven solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Support continuous improvement of data processes and tools

This is a 12-month contract position.
