The Data Analytics expert will help the key decision-makers in Operations to come up with data-driven insights and recommendations through their vast expertise in applying appropriate analytical methods from descriptive to prescriptive analytics.- Provides data-driven insights and perspectives from product & solutions development to operations processes
- Performs business risk analysis through customer and business data mining and analytics
- Performs descriptive to predictive types of analysis using operations processes' data
- Provides product and solutions development insight through human-centered design approach
- Performs data analysis using digital competencies tools such as PowerBI while ensuring alignment with data governance model
