In Data, AI & Analytics Dept., we are dedicated to the evolution and optimization of the entire data-related value chain. In particular, you will be responsible for:
- Development of Analytics solutions for 2.5 million customers.
- Development of data integration and transformation flows (ETL/ELT) on the Databricks platform.
- Creation of KPIs, metrics, and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools.
- Configuration and integration of “chat with your data” solutions based on agentic AI.
- Working in a domain team with cross-functional profiles (tech, data, business).
What skills are we looking for?
- 4 years of experience in the role;
- Good knowledge of SQL and data lake technologies;
- Experience in developing and managing data flows;
- Data analysis skills and KPI definition;
- Knowledge of at least one BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, or similar);
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).
Nice to have:
- Degree in STEM disciplines;
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Terraform;
- Knowledge of Spark and Spark Streaming;
- Data transformation in Python (Pandas, Polars).
