Data Analytics Engineer

WHO WE LOOK FOR 🦄

We’re looking for a Data Analytics Engineer to join our Data Engineering team.
Every single day, our ingestion system processes over 100 million events coming fromusers across the globe - your mission will be to transform this data into high-impactinsights, building scalable, reliable data pipelines and enabling the entire company tomake data-driven decisions.
You’ll collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Software Engineers, and Product Managers, ensuring that our data ecosystem continues to evolve efficiently and effectively.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 🏄

• Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines that power our analytics and reporting. 
• Build and optimize data models and schemas to support business intelligence and product performance tracking.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
• Continuously improve our data stack by refactoring, automating, and introducing best practices.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across our systems.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED 🪄

• 1-3 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in ETL design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with dimensional data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Python and relevant data libraries.
• Experience working with DBT or similar transformation frameworks.
• Experience with one of the major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with big data frameworks (e.g. Apache Spark).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g. Terraform).
