Job DescriptionAn autonomous and proactive Data Analyst/Engineer with expertise in IoT device management.
Must have experience in technical customer support with focus on data-driven decision-making and customer satisfaction.
Capable of providing efficient operation of IoT services through effective monitoring, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
Qualifications- Experience in Operations with expertise in IoT device management.
- Proficient in SQL queries and Python scripts to automate data collection, processing and reporting
- A solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data analysis.
- Able to create and maintain business intelligence tools for monitoring IoT devices in the field - experience in Grafana and Power BI
- Experience using ETL tools or scripting for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, structures, and schemas.
- Experience in data modeling, data cleaning, and data enrichment techniques.
- Strong scripting and programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Understanding of cloud-based data solutions (e.g., Azure SQL Database, Amazon RDS)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborated with engineering teams to enhance device reliability and service availability.
User experience in version control systems as Git and GitHub (is a plus)

- Proactive on addressing technical customer support -addressing inquires and resolving issues promptly
- Sharp eye on details and good at troubleshooting and ensuring continuous improvement of services
- Effective communicator (can communicate clearly ideas and results) and proficient in English
- Result oriented mindset and focus on providing efficient operations for IoT devices
- Proficient in data analysis using SQL and python for data querying, processing and automation
- Collaborated with engineering teams to enhance device reliability and service availability.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
