Role Summary- Analyze complex sales, marketing, customer, and digital data using advanced analytics, visualization, and statistical techniques
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to design and measure multi‑channel campaigns and test‑and‑learn initiatives
- Evaluate sales and marketing effectiveness and translate results into clear insights and recommendations
- Support analytic solutions and models to assess customer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics
- Develop and present insights in clear, non‑technical language for leaders and business partners
- Leverage internal and external data sources to support planning, forecasting, and strategic decisions
- Strengthen analytics team capabilities through effective use of data, tools, and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Economics, Marketing, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
- Analyze complex sales, marketing, customer, and digital data using advanced analytics, visualization, and statistical techniques
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to design and measure multi‑channel campaigns and test‑and‑learn initiatives
- Evaluate sales and marketing effectiveness and translate results into clear insights and recommendations
- Support analytic solutions and models to assess customer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics
- Develop and present insights in clear, non‑technical language for leaders and business partners
- Leverage internal and external data sources to support planning, forecasting, and strategic decisions
- Strengthen analytics team capabilities through effective use of data, tools, and best practices
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, database marketing, or market research
- Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and Power BI or Tableau
- Experience with forecasting, segmentation, and profitability analysis
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
- Master’s degree in a related analytical or business field
- Experience working in cloud data environments such as Snowflake, AWS, or Hadoop
- Experience supporting marketing analytics within financial services or similar industries
