Your team:
Delivers data‑driven insights and reporting to support operational and strategic decisions, working closely with business stakeholders across different domains for the Italy markets.
Your role:
Delivers data analysis and insights to support Sisal Italy business.
What you’ll do:
Join the Data Analytics & Business Insights team, focused on the Italy market.
Assist in data extraction, data quality checks, and analysis using SQL, Python and Excel.
Collaborate with senior analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical outputs.
Monitor performance and KPIs, providing clear reporting and actionable insight
Actively involved in analyzing and interpreting business data to support decision-making processes. Through data analysis, you will support the identification of trends, uncover opportunities, and provide valuable insights to drive initiatives.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
What you’ll bring:
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn and collaborate.
Experience or strong interest in data analytics, with knowledge of SQL and Python.
Familiarity with the use of BI tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud and Qlik is preferred.
A STEM degree is preferred, but proven experience in this role will also be considered.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities complete the profile.
