The analytics team is r esponsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting KYC data while ensuring compliance, process improvement, collaboration, continuous learning, and ethical handling of sensitive information.
As an analytics associate you will manage and analyze KYC data to ensure accuracy and compliance, create actionable reports, and drive process improvements through collaboration. Stay updated on industry trends and maintain ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
Job Responsibilities:

  1. Gather and maintain KYC data from various sources, ensuring integrity, accuracy, completeness, and compliance with privacy and security regulations.
  2. Examine KYC data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, focusing on customer profiles and transactions to detect suspicious activities or risks.
  3. Develop clear, concise, and actionable reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate analysis findings to stakeholders, aiding decision-making and risk mitigation.
  4. Identify inefficiencies and suggest automation or optimization opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline KYC workflows.
  5. Work closely with compliance officers, AML analysts, and IT teams to support the KYC process, aligning efforts with organizational objectives and compliance goals.
  6. Actively seek opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills by keeping up with industry trends, attending training or conferences, and pursuing relevant certifications.
  7. Handle sensitive customer information responsibly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards at all times


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Financial Services exposure with 5-7 years of work experience
  • Analytical thinking and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
  • Experience in the requirements gathering and documentation process
  • Experience with Agile methodology and the software development lifecycle
  • Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines, and quickly adjust to changing priorities


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience as a Business or Data Analyst
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Alteryx, Signavio
  • Knowledge of KYC, AML & Data Governance
