Job Description
You will work with business to understand and requirements. Apply use of technology, example Power BI, Data Science, modelling tools to build working prototypes to confirm user expectations. Direct DA&I engineers on implementation tasks. Is trying your best hard to improve the stability and quality of solutions, to increase Customer adoption, loyalty and reduce support.
You will be also an important change management driver for successful adoption of Customer Literacy, Data & Analytics Governance practices within their assigned domain.
Reporting to IT Enterprise Digital Transformation Director
Your Responsibilities:
- You will partners with DA&I Technical Lead to lead Program Increment sessions with Partners to identify 3-6-month priorities. Ensure that plan aligns with long term strategic goals for specific domain and DA&I areas.
- You will define business case to help prioritize/increase execution based on team capacity.
- You will coordinate the project resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- You will help map out team-to-team dependencies and collaborate with capability teams
- You will improve processes by studying current practices; design modifications in partnership with partners
- You will team up with Data Governance team to update metadata and data literacy content
- You will work with DA&I Engineers to provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Capability team.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, management information systems or related field.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Experience and demonstrated competencies with multi-dimensional design, star schemas, facts and dimensions.
- Experience with basic system engineering, object-oriented design, information risk and security guidelines and architecture standards
- Knowledge in software design, documentation, development process and software requirements
- Understand business functionality and translate it into application requirements
- Understanding of the software development lifecycles (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
