This Position reports to:
Data Analytics & BI SpecialistIn this role, you will have the opportunity to develop end-to-end business intelligence framework for online products and SAAS solutions based on requirements that include recommending an appropriate architecture (on-premises/cloud), analytics, and reporting. Each day, you will evaluate business data to produce meaningful insights and metrics and to identify trends that could improve business performance. You will also showcase your expertise by designing new dashboards using best practices and intuitive visualization.

This role is contributing to Process Automation business for BA Function Operation Centers and Quality division based in Bangalore, India
You will be mainly accountable for:
Design and build intuitive dashboards using best practices, identifying the right metrics and layout to enhance visualization.
Analyze data using statistical techniques to generate actionable insights and provide ongoing reports.
Lead innovation by adopting emerging architectural and design paradigms while ensuring performance, scalability, and long-term stability.
Identify areas for improvement in reporting, troubleshooting issues, and deliver user-friendly analytics solutions by incorporating feedback from stakeholders.
Demonstrate strong customer focus and service excellence by understanding customer needs and business value.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to guide solution development and implementation effectively.

Qualifications for the role
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering, Operations, or Finance.
Proven expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Familiarity with SQL queries, R, and Python (considered an added advantage).
Strong background in process improvement and optimization.
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
