As a Data Analytics Analyst within Corporate and Investment Bank Markets Operations, you make a career accelerating transformation by partnering with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end projects and complex business analysis.
Job Responsibilities:

Work on data remediation/analytics projects from initiation to completion, supporting all phases to ensure successful project closure.

Perform deep-dive analysis and data quality monitoring (trend/variance analysis, root-cause investigation); document data definitions/lineage and recommend remediation actions.

Support project intake and closure by capturing and maintaining requirements, OKRs, and key project documentation.

Derive actionable insights from data, assess business impact, and identify linkages across systems and processes.
- Build strong working relationships with cross functional teams to succeed in delivery.

Coordinate with stakeholders and team members to facilitate project progress and resolve issues as they arise.

Track project milestones and timelines, providing regular updates to the project lead and management.

Contribute to post-project reviews and documentation to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities :
- Bachelor degree with relevant techno-functional work experience.
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics/data solutions, with an understanding of project management for delivering analytics and/or data remediation initiatives within the financial services domain.
- Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, KYC/client onboarding, reference/static data, corporate actions and other financial processes
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, take ownership of deliverables, and consistently execute tasks to high quality within agreed timelines.

Proven record of stakeholder management and involvement in transformation program initiatives.

Demonstrates the ability to quickly learn new business functions, systems, and processes to support a variety of projects.

Hands-on experience with ETL and analytics/automation tools, such as Alteryx, Python, Tableau, Qlik Sense, and JIRA for agile delivery and tracking.
