PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $88,000.00-$107,500.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $68,300.00 - $127,500.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. As a Data Analyst, you’ll turn data into meaningful insights that help drive smarter decisions across the organization. You’ll explore trends, uncover opportunities, and bring clarity to complex datasets through compelling visualizations and analysis. For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Analytics & Insights Generation: You’ll conduct exploratory, diagnostic, and descriptive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business decisions.
Dashboard & Reporting Development: You’ll create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that clearly track KPIs and business performance across various functions.
Stakeholder Collaboration: You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to define meaningful metrics and ensure insights align with business goals.
Experimentation & Optimization: You’ll analyze A/B tests, interpret results, and communicate actionable recommendations that drive optimization efforts.
Data Preparation & Transformation: You’ll collect, clean, and transform data using SQL, Python, or tools like Alteryx to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
Data Pipeline & Integrity Support: You’ll collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to ensure reliable data pipelines and validate data accuracy.
Documentation & Data Governance: You’ll maintain clear documentation for transformation logic, data lineage, and business rules to support transparency and consistency.
Communication & Storytelling: You’ll present insights and recommendations in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Continuous Improvement: You’ll contribute to best practices by sharing tools, templates, and knowledge, while participating in peer reviews and team learning sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science) or equivalent experience required.
2 years of relevant data analysis experience.
Intermediate proficiency in SQL, Python, or equivalent data preparation tools such as Alteryx required.
Intermediate proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI required.
Desired Qualifications:
1 year of relevant business or financial industry experience preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in Google Analytics.
Solid understanding of mathematical formulas, foundational statistics, and KPI concepts required.
Analytical and problem-solving skills required.
Intermediate presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders required.
