The Data Analyst serves as an embedded analytics partner within the Center for Connected Care, supporting six distinct business lines through data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives. This role plays a critical part in advancing organizational growth and expansion efforts by transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive operational decision-making and strategic planning. Responsibilities include performing data extraction, manipulation, and analysis; developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations; and serving as a trusted advisor to operational and business leaders. The analyst works extensively with tools such as Snowflake, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft technologies to support reporting needs, monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and deliver meaningful insights across the organization. Success in this role requires strong data wrangling, visualization, and analytical skills, along with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations that support operational excellence and scalable growth.

A caregiver in this position will work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Assists assigned department and leadership in obtaining information from various systems.
  • Establishes and maintains detailed knowledge and documentation of all databases within the assigned department.
  • Analyzes database and provide timely response to customer requests.
  • Provides database research and assist other analyst in completing requests.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Offset: High School Diploma and 7 years’ experience
  • Offset: Associate’s degree and 5 years’ experience
  • Offset: Master’s degree and one year of experience
  • Three years professional analytical experience
  • Experience with multiple software package, including Microsoft Office, SQL, Visual Basic, and others

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include;

  • Healthcare experience

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
